Things are not looking good, tons of rain has fallen and more to come, lets hope the end of the trail season isnt a wash out. Lots of videos on the internet to watch thou. Im jealous of the scene in Europe lots of trails and they always seem to have cool contests and trips. This video below doesnt let down looks like a good time and makes me wonder why no companies in the states here wanna do stuff like this.

acorns
Rainy days next few days, kinda sucks really, weather has been awesome and trails been real good. If you want to be in the Accelerate movie come to the woods Saturday might be filming for it then, depends on the weather thou. The amount of acorns and walnuts at the woods is insane, sick of raking them out, as you can see in the pic below, never seemed to be as bad as they are this year.

autumn sessions
Today is the first day of autumn and usually means the start of the best sessions at the woods, the weather is perfect, the dirt is great and the trees look rad. Caleb said he might even do a cash roll once the leaves start changing colors. as seen below this is what the woods will look like in the next few weeks…come ride

heroes of dirt
So I got word from Bugbee about a dirt contest happening soon in the area, should be good and you might end up in the movie.
“Hey, so we have a confirmation on our Heroes of Dirt Contest date: October 24th, 2010 – the weekend after Dew Tour Finals. It will be in Allentown, PA – within a few miles of the Catty Woods and Posh. There will be a pro purse and the contest will be filmed for Accelerate: the new BMX feature film. Peeps interested in showing up should check out our Facebook page to stay up to date. The exact location will be determined within the next week or two – we’re just ironing out some details and designs for the course – which will be trails style. People who want to be in the first BMX movie since Rad should show up. Bill Allen (of Rad fame) will be in attendance – meet the Legend!”
Trails are also riding real good right now, come down and get those fall time sessions in. Maybe some little Halloween jam down at the woods at the end of October as well.
commercial
Made a little fun commercial for Props video magazine, thanks to Stew for hooking us up with that again. Remember you can buy the shirts online here. This is the longer unedited version, this is random as hell and fun to make. It finally rained, trails should be good this week come ride and help redial them in…
jam photos
Couple links for you to check out with some photos from the jam, a bit embarrassed how bad some of the lips look thou, that’s what happens when you barely get any rain all summer. Trails are still running decent thou, thanks to all the Europeans around finding what water is left and fixing stuff up. We definitely need more water or some rain would be nice but last time we asked for rain it rained 10 inches. We got Czech’s around, Frenches, Germans, and some Australians thrown in the mix now, might as well have some kind of country vs country trail contest. The frame still didnt get a bid on eBay, go bid on it and get a good deal on a frame and help the trails out. Anyway go here to check out Dolecki’s little flipbook from the jam, Im digging these online photobooks. Barnhart got some pics on the lastpeople site. Also check out these pics from josh stauffer on flicker.

trail jam and ebay
The jam went down good besides the off and on wind and dry conditions. No rain in sight is not good thou, definitely need some moisture to redial the trails in and stuff. Was a real good turnout and raised some decent money once again. Foster won the fastest time thru drunk run, he won a Verde frame so he gave it back to us to sell. We are selling it on eBay now, go here if you want a nice new frame and it helps us out in the process. We also have a Odyssey Classic Front Load stem on eBay, go here and Im sure it will end up cheaper then buying it from a store. We also have a Mutiny Animist frame which is pictured below (Jay Bone won it in the raffle and gave it back, what a sweet dude), its a really nice frame and hoping to hook someone up with that and give them a good deal on it. Anyone interested in this frame let us know, its 20.75. Once again thanks to all the sponsors for donating product, Ted for running the grill again and everyone else who helped. I think someone was filming or taking a picture at every possible second, so Im sure tons of pics and videos will pop up soon. I have a few photos here and cant wait to see Nat’s crazy zip line footage again with his new futuristic filming device.
